Who we help

Importing for the first time, or for the fiftieth

Individual or corporation, we tailor the paperwork to where you are. New importers get a guide; regular shippers get the bonds and programs that make every entry routine.

First shipment

New to importing? We’ll walk you through it.

U.S. Customs, FDA, USDA, FCC, EPA and DOT rules can be confusing. We explain what’s needed before your goods ship, so your first import avoids costly mistakes.

  • Why ocean shipments need an ISF, and how to avoid penalties
  • Which documents U.S. Customs needs, and which your supplier must provide
  • Shipping terms like FOB, CIF and Ex-Factory, explained
  • The best customs entry for your shipment, then delivery to your door

Frequent shipper

Importing regularly? Make every entry routine.

For businesses that ship often, we set up the bonds, approvals and programs that save time and money on every shipment.

  • A continuous customs bond: no bond to buy for each shipment, discounted rates available
  • Line Release approval for low-risk, high-volume entries and multiple container loads
  • An integrated import program designed around your business
  • Duty drawback on goods you import and then re-export

ISF 10+2

Importer Security Filing

As a licensed U.S. customs broker, we’re certified to file your ISF with U.S. Customs, and it’s completed the same day. If you’re already late, we can still help.

How ISF filing works

Annual bond

Continuous customs bond

Import as often as you need without purchasing a bond for every shipment. Discounted rates are available, and you won’t need a separate bond for ISF.

About continuous bonds

Ocean freight

Shipping by vessel? Your ISF is due before it’s loaded.

For all goods imported into the U.S. by ocean vessel, the ISF must reach U.S. Customs before your shipment is loaded overseas. Send us the details as soon as your seller provides them.

Deadline
No less than 24 hours before loading at origin
Turnaround
Filed the same day you send it to us
What’s at stake
A $5,000 penalty per shipment for non-filing or incorrect ISF submissions

Recently cleared

If you can import it, we can clear it through Customs and deliver it to you.

FAQ

Questions importers ask us

Do I need an ISF for air freight?

No. ISF filing is only required for goods arriving in the U.S. by ocean vessel. No ISF is required for air, rail or truck freight shipments.

When should my ISF be filed?

No less than 24 hours before your shipment is loaded on board the vessel overseas. You can file as soon as your seller gives you the ISF information, and the earlier the better.

My ISF is late. Can you still help?

Yes. A late ISF still has to be filed, and filing it minimizes the chance of late fines and penalties. Call us and we’ll file it the same day.

What’s the difference between a single-shipment bond and a continuous bond?

Without a continuous bond you purchase a bond for every shipment. A continuous (annual) bond lets frequent shippers import without buying a bond each time, and annual bond holders don’t need a separate bond for ISF. Discounted rates are available.

What do you need from me before you can file?

A customs power of attorney, a customs bond (annual bond holders are already covered for ISF) and contact with your overseas partners. We’ll walk you through each one.

Which ports do you work in?

All of them. We clear freight at every U.S. ocean port, airport and border port, wherever you are located.

How can I pay?

All major credit cards are accepted.
